Ubisoft CEO clearies the use of NFT

It is clear that the NFTs are a concept that is not the pleasure of the public. Although the opinion of consumers is clear, this has not stopped diverse companies to enter this market. A couple of days ago we saw the program of Ubisoft quartz, with which no fungible tokens will be offered in their games. Faced with the negative response, Yves Guillemot, executive manager of the French company, noted that The NFTs will eventually be accepted as the DLC or microtransactions.

By making Ubisoft Quartz known, not only the audience was against this decision, but several employees also demonstrated nonconformity. In this way, Guillemot conducted a question and answers session to clarify some doubts, and ensure that the NFTs arrived to stay. According to Kodak, at this meeting, Ubisoft CEO mentioned that this concept will eventually be accepted by players, and will be as common as DLC, microtransaccles and Loot Boxes.

This is how Guillemot has made it clear that he does not intend to leave the NFT ship, and this is just the beginning. Some workers also mentioned that concepts such as met averse and Web 3.0 were mentioned in the Board. However, this does not mean that everyone is in favor of this address. An employee mentioned:

I am here to create games and promote fun and entertainment. And I do not see how this is going in that direction, it's just another way to milk money.

At the moment, It is clear that Ubisoft Quartz will become something important for the company, although the reception is already marked. On related topics, here you can learn more about this proposal. Similarly, workers are confused with this direction.

Editor's note:

Ubisoft Devs Slam & Call Out Execs Over Shady Quartz NFTs' Uselessness & Negative Impact The NFTs do not make much sense, and they are simply only a more complicated way to offer something that is already common today. Offering this type of concepts in the video game industry is unnecessary, and will only take a new wave of negative opinions.

Anyone who has played the DLC Left Behind knew he was approaching, but did not make it easier. Then, let's answer the question if Ellie ends up killing Riley. Did Ellie killed Riley at The Last of Us from HBO? While it was apparently a lost opportunity, we don't really see the consequences of the respective bites of Riley and Ellie in episode 7 called Left Behind.
